  4. Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
  5. Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or the servers or networks connected to the Platform;
  6. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or any related systems or networks;
  7. Using the Platform to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages;
  8. Collecting or storing any personally identifiable information from the Platform from other users of the Platform without their express permission;
  9. Using the Platform for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by these Terms;
  10. Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the Platform or expose them to liability.
• Trademarks The CricketDash name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CricketDash or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of CricketDash. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.
• Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
